A message from our COO, Jennifer Marnoch

In these increasingly uncertain times we would like to update you on the steps we have taken to safeguard the health and wellbeing of our people; as well as reassuring you that we are still very much open for business, and operating as normally as we can under the current circumstances.

Our people remain our top priority, as without them there is no Hunter Adams. We are closely monitoring – and following – guidance for businesses issued by the UK government, and subsequently we have most of our office-based staff set up to work remotely as of today. Our systems are well set up for this type of working and we foresee a seamless transition period with no notable disruption to the service our clients receive from us.

We are in close contact with our employees who are currently out working with clients, as well as those clients themselves, to ensure that all parties are comfortable with the arrangements currently in place and to offer any support we can.

We would like to stress that it is our intention to carry on as normally as possible for as long as we can. Next to employee wellbeing, client care and delivering a first class service are at the very top of our agenda and will remain our priority when navigating the days, weeks and months ahead.

Jennifer Marnoch, COO
