We’re looking to speak with a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our client on a 6-month contract.

The successful candidate will be part of our client’s dedicated ER Team, providing expert guidance and support on all employee relations matters.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a full range of ER casework, including disciplinary hearings, grievances and performance improvement plans.
  • Provide accurate and timely advice on complex ER issues, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.
  • Develop and implement effective ER policies and procedures.
  • Deliver training and awareness sessions on ER topics to managers and employees.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Collaborate with other HR functions, such as talent acquisition and employee engagement, to ensure a positive employee experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in ER management, ideally within a complex organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.

Additional Information

  • This role is hybrid, with 3 days in our client’s office (Liverpool).
