HR Coordinator

A conscientious HR Coordinator with 10 years’ experience within both the Energy and Public sectors. Providing HR support to employees and managers both domestically and internationally, she is an excellent communicator who builds strong relationships with key stakeholders. 

This consultant has provided support for various HR activities, has developed skills working with systems including SAP. She has considerable experience supporting many aspects of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to exiting, including policy interpretation and guidance, supporting with ER cases including individual consultation, payroll activities, bonus and salary review implementation, and a Terms & Conditions harmonisation project following acquisition.
