Location : London or Palma

Contract : Permanent

Salary : Excellent with relocation support if required

Our client is seeking to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner to support the business as they enter a period of significant change. Reporting to the HR Director, this role will provide you with an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the transformation of the current HR function and influence the future of the organisation whilst developing your future career. This role requires strong commercial business acumen and great project and change management skills

Some of your key accountabilities will include:

• Supporting leaders in forecasting and planning leadership talent pipelines and organisational capability requirements in line with the function or business strategy
• Managing the senior management talent and succession planning processes, including developing talent solutions and action plans
• Supporting business leaders to define, develop and deliver major organisational change and development including developing business cases
• Leading and managing a virtual, cross functional and global HR teams to deliver business specific change and development projects against plan
• Facilitating a strong leadership and coaching culture by providing expert advice and coaching to the leadership teams to enhance capability and support behavioural change
• Provide leadership to the HR teams, creating an open collaborative and high-performance team culture focusing on company core values

To be considered for this role you will be an excellent communicator with substantial and dynamic experience as a Senior HR Manager in a global role. You will be customer focused with strong networking and relationship building skills. It would be highly advantageous if you have the ability to speak Spanish or any other additional language. A professional qualification in a HR related field is required.
