Interim SVP People & Organisation

Position Summary :

Our client is a global organisation in the professional services sector going through a digital transformation on a journey to becoming a technology focused company. This role exists to help deliver a global people strategy and programs aligned to the overall Business Strategy, driving recruitment, employee engagement and retention; and shifting the culture. This role works closely the wider Regional HR team, the Executive Leadership Team and with senior stakeholders across the business to develop, implement, monitor and measure the global people strategy. The role will play a major part in the transformation of the global business, employee experience and culture. The organisation is rethinking their HR value proposition, and focusing on instilling a consumer mindset into HR globally. This means incorporating data analytics, design thinking, and agile methodologies in their HR teams.

In this role you will lead the Global People & Organisation function and develop and own the global People strategy, in support of the global business plan and strategic direction of the organisation.

Location : Central London

Contract : 6 - 9 months Interim

Salary : £700 - £900 per day

Key Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with experience leading projects to design and execute global people strategies. With a strong HR background you will be able to build a relationship of mutual trust and respect with Execs and Senior Leaders as well as all stakeholders inside and outside of the organisation.   You will have experience of global strategic people & organisation transformation initiatives, significant and relevant specialist experience and a proven track record in people & organisation, employee relations and talent strategy communications. You will have developed leaders to initiate and follow through culture change and employee engagement.  Significant and relevant experience in EVP programs and talent attraction strategies is key to this role as is significant experience in working with HR Technology platforms .

Experience:

  • Experienced HR interim having set HR and people strategies and led global HR transformations
  • Experience in Technology or Software categories
  • Global strategic and operational HR experience
  • Proven ability to deliver change
  • Commercial, with the ability to display ROI and the overall value of HR deliverables

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in HR or related field and 10+ years of HR management experience required
