Hunter Adams as part of our interim service are delighted to be working with a well-known and established organisation who are currently seeking an interim Recruitment Specialist to support their busy and professional HR team.
Working with this global organisation you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with a team of direct recruitment professionals to source high calibre candidates with a focus on IT and Change roles.
To be considered for this role it’s essential that you have experience of the full resourcing lifecycle from advert to offer. Naturally, you’ll be a strong networker who can draw on your own network both on and offline. You’ll also be great at partnering with the business to provide a seamless and empowering recruitment experience and providing assistance where required. This role will be hands on and you’ll be involved in all aspects of the recruitment cycle so having the ability to role your sleeves up and get the job done is essential. Due to the size of the organisation and the changing environment, you’ll need to be adaptable and excel at taking on a volume of work and providing an excellent internal client and candidate experience.
It would be a distinct advantage if you have experience of recruitment of IT and Change professionals.
You must be immediately available to commence assignment.
