A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a process focused HR professional to take full accountability for the smooth running of systems and processes within the HR team. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for:
• Reviewing and streamlining processes aligned to the requirements of the HR team
• Creating standard templates and documentation to support key HR processes
• Understanding and optimising use of the HR system and suggesting changes where required
• Ensuring that processes and systems are compliant within the context of the organisation
To apply for this role it’s essential that you have experience of either the education or public sector. It would also be a distinct advantage if you have already worked in a HR role where you have had to solve problems, review and assess process and this role demands someone with a can do attitude and the ability to get the job done. This role would be suited to you if you naturally have the approach to get things right first time and you love to provide service excellence.
