Our client is a leading organisation within the FinTech space based in London. They are growing rapidly and as a result we’re supporting them with the appointment of an organised, strong communicator to work as a HR Assistant. In this key role you’ll be working on a range of generalist HR duties from recruitment and selection to policies and procedures.
With a focus on building long lasting relationships with both hiring managers and candidates this is a HR Assistant role with a difference. This is an environment where you’ll truly collaborate with a range of people across the organisation.
Ideally, you’ll already have experience of working as an HR Assistant or a Resourcer, with the ability to manage and prioritise several tasks, from juggling interview scheduling to note-taking in a meeting, managing a vacancy to co-ordinating absence data. You must have a great appetite for learning new things and enjoy streamlining processes looking for time efficiencies and better ways of doing things.
As you will be liaising with line managers, employees and candidates regularly you’ll need to be an excellent communicator who thrives in a busy and fast paced environment.
You will be representing a growing organisation, so we are looking for a natural brand ambassador.
While the core of this role will be assisting with a range of recruitment activity, you’ll also be involved in onboarding, working on HR projects and providing support across the HR function. The role is incredibly varied, so never a dull moment, one minute, you could be using social media for creating attractive posts or you could be keeping personnel records up to date.
