Position Summary :

Are you a HR Administrator with a talent for providing exceptional support?

Hunter Adams as part of our interim service are delighted to be working with a well-known and established organisation who are currently seeking interim HR Administration expertise during a busy period within their organisation.

Location : Central Belt of Scotland

Contract : Interim - 9 months

Salary : Dependent upon experience

Working with this global organisation you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with a team of HR professionals providing exceptional HR support.

Reporting to a HR Manager, you will work with a team of HR Administrators to provide support across a whole range of HR matters. This is a varied role where you’ll be the support for senior HR professionals providing them with all of their requirements for meetings relating to disciplinaries, attendance and long term absence to name a few.

To be considered for this role, it’s essential that you already have experience of preparing contacts, investigation packs, running HR reports and also note taking as this will be a key focus.

As you will be juggling lots of priorities, it’s vital that you are eager to get your sleeves rolled up and you’ll be a natural organiser who loves to get the job done.

Experience of working as a Senior HR Administrator would also be of interest as you will have the opportunity to support and guide others within the team to build on their experience.

Working within a manufacturing or an engineering environment would be a distinct advantage but other industry sectors will be considered.
