This is a great opportunity for a Head of Reward to join one of our key clients at an exciting time of growth and positive change within their organisation and HR function. Located in Glasgow, you would become a member of the HR Leadership team setting the Global Reward strategy and responsible for leading a team of professionals to oversee Compensation, Pensions, Benefits and Global Mobility across several countries.
• Responsible for the design, implementation and communication of the organisations global total rewards strategy
• Developing a reward framework and structuring the compensation and benefits programmes
• Lead the design and maintenance of a global grading structure job framework
• To act as Pension manager and subject matter expert for both DB and DC schemes
• Manage the annual pay and bonus review
• Prepare and deliver papers for Remuneration Committee and Executive Team
• Overall responsibility for global mobility
• Selection and delivery of benefits across a global organisation ensuring compliance with local legislation
