Hunter Adams is delighted to be partnering with The Oil & Gas Authority to appoint a Talent Manager on a permanent basis, supporting both Learning and Development and Recruitment within the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Talent Manager to drive the L&D function to support career development with training and coaching, maintaining the organisations commitment to create a ‘great place to work’. Working as part of the HR team you will also deliver a professional and effective recruitment service and source quality talent for the business.  As Talent Manager you will have the opportunity to develop a talent strategy in line with external branding and communication and have the freedom to influence the recruitment process to attract diverse and high-quality talent. In this role you will also contribute to broader HR issues and projects alongside the rest of the HR team

Some key aspects of the role are as follows:

Leading L&D activities, supporting employees as they develop their careers and meet our commitment to create a “great place to work”

Working with our Diversity and Inclusion Lead to design and deliver relevant interventions focussing on equality and diversity and unconscious bias

Refreshing and promoting the induction process, career and learning development interventions and resources available for employees

Managing the full recruitment process for all vacancies including candidate management, assessment and selection and onboarding whilst engaging with line managers to deliver the right outcome

Revisiting and reshaping the organisations recruitment brand, messaging, resourcing approach and related processes to ensure they’re fit for purpose

To be considered for this role you will be an experienced HR professional with experience of delivering both L&D and Resourcing in a fast-paced environment. You will be passionate about the value of HR and developing people and have a strong ethos of team working.  If this sounds like you then we would love to hear from you.
