Hunter Adams is working with a leading global business to business technology distribution company to find them a Talent Acquisition Manager to be based in their London or Dublin offices.

You will had up talent acquisition across all offices and work with a wide variety of stakeholders to adapt and enhance the talent acquisition strategies internally and externally. You will also be responsible for promoting end enhancing the company brand within the wider market to attract and retain the best talent.

Key Responsibilities include:

\ Recruitment – identifying needs, building talent pools and ensuring that the candidate experience throughout the process is an excellent one

\ Preboarding and Onboarding – Ensuring that the relevant checks are completed and that successful candidates have a smooth and professional introduction to the company and their role

\ Graduate and Apprenticeship Programmes – Helping to develop an ongoing graduate and apprenticeship programmes to enable fresh talent and career building to take place and to position the company as an employer of choice within universities, colleges and schools.

\ Promotion of the People Brand – Ensure that the EVP is communicated internally and externally and that the organisation is represented on social media, careers fairs, jobs boards and through any recruitment partners

\ Management – help to build and then manage a team of talent acquisition advisers

\ TA strategy – including process, technology and ensuring best commercial practice

You will have a solid background in Talent Acquisition and be looking for the next step in your career where you will be able to bring your knowledge to help to enhance the organisation’s talent acquisition processes.
