Interim HR Advisor – Redundancy Project

Hunter Adams is supporting a London based, Energy client on the following interim HR assignment focused on managing a redundancy process from end to end.
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support this fast-paced, high-impact project. Ideal for HR professionals with strong consultation, employee relations and organisational change experience.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in the delivery of this redundancy process, including:

Supporting and attending collective and individual consultation meetings

Providing guidance and coaching to line managers to ensure consistent messaging and approach
-
Working closely with the Senior HR Manager and collaborating with the wider HR team
-
Assisting in the scoring and selection process using an established framework

Duration: Initial 4 week contract, covering consultations and selection activity
About You

Demonstrable experience supporting redundancy and consultation processes

Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice in redundancy situations

The ability to quickly build relationships and influence line managers

A confident, calm, and empathetic approach under pressure
