We are seeking an experienced People Development Manager to be responsible for implementing a People Development strategy to support our client’s ambitious growth plans.
We are working with our client, a global business technology distribution organisation, to source an experienced People Development Manager.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the People Development Manager will be responsible for implementing the People Development strategy that supports our client’s ambitious growth plans.
The successful candidate will work closely with the senior leadership team and various stakeholders to implement the learning and development strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
\Training and Development – Identifying organisational needs and working with directors to define a plan of action that makes a direct impact on skill gaps.
\Graduate and Apprenticeship programmes – Work with business unit directors and hiring managers to design, plan and deliver Graduate and Apprenticeship programmes.
\Case Reviews – Supporting and coaching managers when faced with difficult staff members or under performance.
\Performance Reviews – Facilitation of the quarterly performance reviews and communication and updates for all levels.
\Big Data – Analysis of company-wide people data to identify organisational needs and engagement trends.
\Culture, Values & Engagement – Measuring and defining company culture as the business grows and evolves. Monitoring and analysing engagement trends; supporting the business with engagement initiatives.
