This Interim HRIS Specialist role will be responsible for the overall performance, user adoption, and continuous improvement of the systems to support our client’s People processes effectively. The successful candidate will manage and optimise a suite of HR systems, including BambooHR, Workday Peakon (employee engagement), and Greenhouse ATS (applicant tracking) over a 3 – 4 month period
Hunter Adams are looking for an experienced HRIS Specialist to join our Tech and Marketing client (London based) for a 3-4 month period (Inside IR35).
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising key HR systems (BambooHR). This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by ensuring this platform deliver value across the organisation.
In this role you will collaborate closely with the Head of Internal Systems, People Leadership, IT and other key stakeholders, as well as driving the overall performance, user adoption and continuous improvement of HR systems.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as an HRIS Manager or HR Systems Specialist with demonstrable hands-on experience managing admin on BambooHR.
- Good understanding of HR processes, including employee lifecycle management, recruitment, performance management, and engagement.
- Technical proficiency with HR systems and tools, including configuration, integration, and data management.
- Experience with product management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and the ability to prioritise and manage product backlogs effectively.
- Project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing system implementations or upgrades.
