We are looking for a proactive Part-Time Interim HR Advisor to support business-as-usual HR activities, with a specific focus on managing the performance appraisal process. Key responsibilities include overseeing appraisals, advising on performance management, and providing guidance on employee development. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR advisory roles, a strong understanding of performance management, and excellent communication skills.
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Advisor to join clients team on a part-time interim basis.
This role will primarily focus on business as usual HR activities, with a particular emphasis on managing and enhancing the appraisal process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end performance appraisal process
- Advise line managers and employees on performance management
- Ensure appraisals are completed on time and in line with company policies
- Provide guidance on employee development and training needs
- Assist with general HR queries and processes as required
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar HR advisory role
- Strong understanding of performance management and appraisal processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
