Hunter Adams is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our client’s dynamic Global Reward Team in Aberdeen. This is an interim opportunity, until the end of June.
In this role, you’ll be part of a team focused on employee rewards and compensation. You’ll leverage your expertise on high-impact projects like upcoming salary survey submissions. We’re looking for a self-starter who can work independently to deliver these projects efficiently.
We’re seeking a candidate with a strong Oil & Gas Reward background, particularly in salary survey submissions.
The role offers a hybrid work model (3 days in the office/2 days remote).
