Hunter Adams is delighted to be supporting our Energy client in the recruitment of an HR Advisor to join their busy team on a 12-14 month FTC. The HR Advisor will actively support the operation of the business by providing an effective and professional HR service, ensuring that high standards are adopted within all elements of HR whilst maintaining the company values and culture.


The HR Advisor will be required to

  • Provide HR guidance and support to Managers and Supervisors across the business, enabling them to effectively manage their team
  • Provide day to day HR employee relations support and act as focal point for all HR matters taking into consideration legislative requirement
  • Manage the annual company resourcing plan ensuring that resourcing requirements correlate to budgetary requirements and all resourcing is expedited in a timely manner
  • Lead the full recruitment process ensuring a professional approach/service to all stakeholders
  • Comply with all immigration requirements, ensuring all necessary processes are in place, are applied where necessary and monitored regularly
  • Produce quarterly HR management reports ensuring dept heads are kept abreast of team performance, absences, recruitment and any relevant trends
  • Drive and monitor effectiveness of key employee talent management such as; performance review, career mapping, succession planning
  • Develop and implement new processes and procedures as required which supports positive employee relations, meet business needs as well as all necessary legal requirements
  • Mentor the HR assistant and oversee all HR administrative processes ensuring all HR records are kept up to date
  • Undertake specific projects as directed by HR Supervisor/HR Manager to support the continued development of the HR function in support of the growth of the business
