We’re currently seeking an immediately available Learning & Development professional with a background in training delivery to join a dynamic team on a part-time basis. This opportunity is based at our client’s central Glasgow office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver contact centre induction training over a 6-week period
- Collaborate with the team to redesign the induction process, incorporating more digital elements for improved efficiency
- Support the continuous development of training materials and resources
Ideal Candidate:
- Background in Learning & Development and training delivery
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to contribute to process redesign and digital transformation initiatives
