HR Business Partner

As the HR Business Partner you will be responsible for the employees of a number of functions in the UK office and provide strong commercial advice and be solutions orientated. You will be a true partner to the business areas.

Location : Central London

Contract : Permanent

Salary : £50,000

As a HR Business Partner you will partner with the team leaders on all people matters providing solid HR advice and counsel adding value to the team and the organisation and drive the people strategy. You will support on employee relations matters. You will oversee the accurate processing of payroll and bonus scheme for your area. Working with the Senior HR Business Partners you will roll out the on boarding scheme and manage on-boarding for all new employees in your internal client group. You will be the ambassador for L&D amongst your client group and partner closely with the L&D manager to provide insight to the learning needs of your client group. You will support the Senior Business Partner on wider people engagement projects and be the cultural ambassador amongst your client group.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified
  • Project focused with a creative approach to work
  • Excellent communicator with an understanding for people’s sensitivities
  • Experience working in an international, fast paced environment, open minded with a collaborative and flexible mindset
  • Wanting to make a difference
  • Confidence in using systems and Excel and building new reports
  • People management experience
  • Strong team player
