Webinar – Culture, flexibility & reward – new era: new approaches

  • Approaches to flexibility in the workplace are changing across the board – what kind of impact are they having?
  • How can more traditional sectors manage and embrace these changes?
  • With both inflation and cost of living rising fast in the UK, how are businesses responding in terms of their reward and benefits offerings?
  • What reward strategies can be used to give people both the short and long-term support they require?

In the second of our Employee Experience 2022 webinars we are delighted to have Andy Piacentini (FieldCore/GE Group) and Alison Kidd (Virgin Money) give their take on the new era of culture, flexibility and reward we find ourselves in.

Andy Piacentini is an authentic, highly respected and commercially astute Head of Reward, with a culmination of more than 20 years of global experience in developing international reward strategies, always with a business focus. He currently works for General Electric as Director of Reward supporting their Power Field Services organisation. Andy currently supports 6,000 staff over 40 countries over a range of reward challenges, always striving to find appropriate solutions to the most complex challenges.

Alison Kidd has worked extensively in human resources, holding senior positions in various financial services organisations and is currently Head of Reward and Employee Relations at Virgin Money. Throughout her career, Alison has led human resources integrations and cultural transformations. She has significant experience in regulated roles and extensive stakeholder management experience and a particular interest in people strategy, especially in the future world of work post-COVID-19.

In our webinar, Alison and Andy will discuss the topics at hand, using real examples and case studies from their own organisations and experience to illustrate their points and bring the topics to life. Expect a lively and engaging discussion with practical takeaways to implement in your own organisation.
