Jenn Marnoch
Managing Director
Jenn has worked across 20 sectors and has held senior roles in fast growth high-profile companies and in major PLCs. She is a first class relationship builder and sees her clients come back time after time. Whilst Jenn is the ultimate HR professional, her style is loved by our clients. She is an engager and a facilitator of change, with an added sense of humour – which always helps! Her generalist experience means that she has been involved in pretty much every people-related challenge you’ll find. Sarah Beaumont
Director of HR
With almost 20 years’ experience in HR and talent development, Sarah is well placed to be our Director of HR. Throughout her career she has worked across multiple industries and sectors both at home and abroad, led large-scale change projects, and designed and delivered a variety of HR initiatives to increase leadership capability and employee engagement. She is a strong HR leader who focuses on fostering a positive team environment to successfully deliver HR initiatives. Sarah has day-to-day responsibility for managing our 70-strong team of consultants and associate consultants, ensuring they are consistently delivering excellence as they support our clients with their people strategy.

Holly Milne
Director - UK
Holly has been working in the consulting sector for over 15 years, predominantly with a focus on employee engagement and culture change. In that time she has worked with companies ranging from Start Ups and SMEs to Global PLCs, all of whom share a focus on building great cultures to support business objectives and growth strategies. Holly is most definitely a people person, which has led to her passion for all things workplace culture related, and her desire to take a simple, human focused approach to solving complex problems.
In addition to her role as Director at Hunter Adams Holly is also a Trustee of The Archie Foundation and an ICF accredited coach.

Katrina Spence
Finance Director
With a good head for figures and a strong commercial mindset, Katrina is responsible for the operation and financial management of Hunter Adams. Her role involves everything from the day-to-day running of the company’s finances to preparing in-depth financial reports. She plays a key role in advising the Hunter Adams Board on commercial matters and strategy. Katrina has over 20 years’ experience working in finance and accounts across a range of different companies and business sectors, and her expertise is invaluable to Hunter Adams.

Eilidh Robertson
Head of Executive Search
With a passion for connecting people, Eilidh heads up our retained Executive Search service, working closely with our clients on senior hires across all disciplines. Eilidh has been in or around professional HR recruitment for over 20 years, both in-house and as a consultant. Eilidh also worked as an HR Business Partner so it’s fair to say she really knows her stuff when it comes to HR and HR recruitment.

Candice Thompson
Head of Recruitment
Known by many as the go-to HR recruitment professional for HR roles in the North of Scotland, Candice is very personable and a strong relationship builder. Our clients love her for her focus and tenacity in finding them their ideal candidate – fast.
Candice has been a key part of the Hunter Adams team since she joined as a Sourcing Advisor back in 2013, and over the past 11 years has provided an invaluable service to our clients.
Candice has obtained her Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice (CertRP) from the Recruitment & Employment Confederation, and also has an undergraduate degree in Social Psychology. She currently heads up our recruitment service, leading the team as they fill interim, permanent and FTC HR roles across the UK.
