Kirsten McKenzie, promoted to Head of HR
Kirsten has been part of the Hunter Adams journey since 2014, progressing through a number of senior HR roles and becoming an integral part of our business. Renowned for her calm approach, sound judgement and unwavering support for colleagues, associates and clients alike, Kirsten has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership. In her new role as Head of HR and a member of our Leadership Team, she will play a key role in shaping the future of our organisation and supporting our people.
Laura Brownhill, promoted to Senior Recruitment Manager
Laura has been a valued member of our recruitment team for more than seven years and has built an outstanding reputation in the interim market. Her commitment to delivering for clients and candidates, often within challenging timescales and complex recruitment markets, has made her a trusted partner to organisations across the UK. Laura’s professionalism, resilience and dedication to achieving the best outcomes make this promotion thoroughly deserved.
