Hunter Adams are delighted to be supporting our client the National Trust for Scotland, with sourcing an OD Consultant – Learning & Capability Development, to join them on a 12 month FTC. This is a brilliant opportunity to join Scotland’s largest conservation charity, dedicated to protecting and sharing the country’s natural and cultural heritage. In this role you will join the wider Organisational Development team, supporting the delivery of learning, capability and wider organisational development initiatives.

As OD Consultant, you will create engaging digital and blended learning content, coordinate training programmes and help maintain learning systems and resources. You’ll also support key organisational change projects, including the implementation of the Membership Strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating accessible e-learning modules, training materials and guidance
  • Building and maintaining content within the Learning Management System
  • Coordinating organisation-wide and team-based learning initiatives
  • Managing learning resources across the LMS and SharePoint
  • Supporting training communications, scheduling, evaluation and feedback
  • Providing practical support across wider OD and change programmes

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience within Learning & Development or Organisational Development
  • Experience creating digital learning content and training materials
  • Confidence using Learning Management Systems and digital platforms
  • Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver work to an agreed brief
  • Valid driving license

This role can be based remotely within Scotland with some travel to National Trust sites as required
