Hunter Adams is delighted to be partnering with Mackie’s of Scotland to recruit a Head of People & Development.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Scotland’s most recognised and innovative brands. Reporting to the Managing Director and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll lead the People function, shaping strategy while driving organisational development, leadership capability, employee engagement and talent development to support Mackie’s ambitious growth plans.

Leading a small People team, you’ll influence every stage of the employee lifecycle, partnering with leaders across the business to champion a high-performing, people-first culture within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in a senior HR or People leadership role, with a proven track record of developing People strategies, leading organisational change and building leadership capability. Experience within manufacturing, FMCG or another operational environment is highly desirable.
