Talent Development Consultant – Change Management

Contract : Interim (12 months)

Salary : tbc

Reporting to the Global Head of Talent this position will lead multiple initiatives within the Change Management workstream with a heavy focus on supporting organization change by creating development tools, solutions and processes to support each functional workstream.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • You will be responsible for the design, development and launch of a global change management training portal involving comprehensive project management end to end across the learning spectrum, managing multiple vendors and also being very hands-on the content design, facilitation and launch of the solution
  •  You will design, develop and launch the team integration framework and will define the outline and develop the content of the framework. You will work hand in hand with the HR Business Partners to define the global rollout plan
  • In addition you will take the lead in the design and launch of a change agents initiative across all companies and regions of the business to support managing change upwards and downwards

 

Knowledge and Experience

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working in an L&D function –at a regional level as a minimum, but ideally with global remit experience
  • Change management specialist with a proven track record in transformation change or organization development within a medium to large sized organization experiencing growth
  • Experience leading or significant contribution to strategic initiatives linked directly to business strategy
  • Instructional design experience across all formats including face to face, virtual, and social learning
  • Solid facilitation experience to all levels of the business and experience in accreditation/upskill of others
  • End to end programme or project management on a large scale across multiple business unit
  • Proven ability to understand the business strategy and align solutions to meet the business needs
