Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Manager to provide support to the Senior Management Team with developing and implementing objectives and initiatives in line with their 3 year plan. In this exciting role you will use your valuable experience in planning and executing organisational strategy to develop long term improvements on the following areas:
• Change Management
• Student Representation, Processes and Structures
• Review of Services
• Performance Measuring and reporting
To be considered for this role you will be a strategic leader with significant experience in change management preferably in a youth led organisation. You will have a strong work ethic and drive to achieve deadlines. It would be a distinct advantage if you were qualified to degree level or above in a relevant subject area and have knowledge of OSCR.
