Organisation Design (OD) Manager

Position Summary :

As part of our HR consultancy offering, we support clients across the UK to attract and retain their staff in the long term. We’re flexible and offer HR consulting, a managed HR interim service, fixed term contracts and staff placements.

You will be responsible for enabling teams to respond to changes in their strategic priorities by developing structures, capabilities and ways of working that deliver improved effectiveness.

Location : London

Contract : Permanent

Salary : £55k - £72k

The Organisation Design Manager will work closely with leaders, managers and the HRBP community enabling the organisation to have effective structures in place to achieve their strategy.

The job holder will report into the Head of Organisation Design & Capability and will work with them to identify potential areas of further alignment across the global organisation. The role will develop and embed a consistent approach to organisation design for the organisation, working with stakeholders to make this happen. In addition, the job holder will work with the business to ensure that people and organisational requirements are captured within planning and governance processes.
