Reporting to the HR Director, you’ll work closely with a Shared Service team focused on providing an excellent HR service to the employees and line managers. This is a key role where you’ll oversee the processing of Payroll and Pre-Employment Screening for the business. Your main support will be to coach, guide, challenge and assess the best way forward.
As the Interim HR expert, you’ll be trusted to work with the business to ensure that they have a great internal customer experience and that problems are resolved quickly with minimal impact on employees.
With a strong HR background across the entire employee lifecycle, you’ll also work on a range of other projects with the HR Director to allow capacity for them to focus on other strategic activity within the business.
Working within a fast paced organisation is highly desirable and an understanding of process, governance and experience of harmonisation of terms is also essential.
Ideally, you must be immediately available to commence assignment.
