Reporting to the HR Director, you will work closely with the senior leadership team onsite within a thriving and busy environment with your HR colleague across the organisation to provide a professional HR generalist service. Your role will be to drive the HR agenda to support the business in the delivery of high quality products and services to our client’s customers.
For this key role, we are currently looking for a highly capable and autonomous HR Manager to undertake this role and to be the figurehead for the HR and Learning and Development team. Your focus will be on managing all people matters across two sites predominantly and across the wider organisation. As the HR expert, you’ll be trusted with working in partnership with key leaders and external suppliers across the employee lifecycle covering resourcing, reward, L&D, performance management, employee relations, employment law and more.
As an experienced practitioner, you’ll demonstrate experience of handling employee relations, HR processes and managing employee forums. You will also have substantial HR operations experience and ideally have some manufacturing or production experience. Experience of managing projects would also be advantageous.
Considerable experience of partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing as necessary would be of significant interest. You’ll also have the opportunity to manage the HR team and support their career development and coach and guide them. This is a great role for a true generalist who enjoys variety, projects and working with senior stakeholders.
