Reporting to the Head of Corporate Operations, you will work closely with the Board, CEO, employees and union representatives to provide a professional HR generalist service to support the delivery of the three-year corporate plan.
We are looking for a highly capable and autonomous HR Manager to undertake this standalone role to be the key link for all people matters and the wider organisation. As the HR expert, you’ll be trusted with working in partnership with key leaders and external suppliers across the employee lifecycle covering resourcing, reward, L&D, performance management, employee relations, employment law and more.
As an experienced practitioner, you’ll demonstrate experience of handling HR processes and managing trade union relationships. You will also have substantial HR operations experience and ideally have some public sector experience. Experience of managing change would be advantageous.
Considerable experience of partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing as necessary would be of significant interest, as would a solid track record in highlighting risks and issues and developing and implementing people strategies.
