We are looking for an HR Generalist who enjoys working with autonomy, and a high volume of varied and complex HR, Development and Project tasks. With a focus on building long lasting relationships and exceptional communication and organisation skills, this is an environment where you’ll truly collaborate with a range of people across the organisation.
As HR Generalist you will be responsible for and involved in a wide range of HR duties and projects, reporting into the HR Director and working closely with your colleagues in HR and L&D You will play a key role in the HR team supporting as a true generalist, ensuring delivery of the annual people agenda. Key projects will include: leadership and management development opportunities, performance management, employee engagement and the apprenticeship levy.
You will be a strong HR generalist looking for a new, exciting and busy role. As you will be liaising with all employees and leaders within the business and will need to be an excellent communicator who thrives in a busy and fast paced environment. You will have sound technical HR and employment law expertise, be solutions focussed and be confident in managing a wide range of duties. You will have a solid understanding of HR policy, procedure, practice and processes. You will be responsible for the design and delivery of initiatives such as on-boarding, induction, performance management and succession planning.
