This is a true generalist role where the HR professional will provide support for all aspects of the employee life cycle. They will provide a business partnering approach to both management and employees.
The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of employment law (international HR experience would be ideal) and a good understanding of all aspects of generalist HR – resourcing, relations, development and reward. They will be an excellent communicator and strong at building relationships. Experience of working in start ups and fast paced environments would be advantageous. There will be travel involved to effectively meet the businesses requirements.
