We are looking for an HR Case Manager who enjoys working with autonomy, and a high volume of varied and complex case work. With a focus on building long lasting relationships and exceptional communication and organisation skills, this is an environment where you’ll be able to truly collaborate with a range of people from across the organisation. You will be expected to exercise good judgement, and work in a truly professional, respectful and commercial manner.
As HR Case Manager you will be responsible for and involved in a wide range of complex cases including: investigations, disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, capability and whistleblowing. The work you carry out will be high volume, varied and fast paced. You will play an exciting and key role in the HR Case Management team.
You will either be a strong HR generalist or HR specialist looking for a new, exciting and busy role. As you will be liaising with operations managers, leaders and more, you will need to be an excellent communicator who thrives in a busy and fast paced environment. You will have sound technical employment law expertise, be solutions focussed and be confident in managing often sensitive situations. You will have a solid understanding of HR policy, procedure, practice and processes with vast exposure to managing cases relating to disciplinary, grievance, restructure, sickness and performance management.
You will have excellent attention to detail, be comfortable working to tight deadlines and under pressure, and be passionate about a high quality of customer service. Empathy and resilience are a given and will be paramount to this role.
