Position Summary :

Are you a HR Business Partner looking for a new challenge?

Hunter Adams as part of our interim service are delighted to be working with a well-known and established organisation who are currently seeking interim expertise to support their HR team during a period of change. This is an excellent six month assignment, where you’ll be able to bring your strong HR generalist experience to a professional team driving excellent HR standards and best practice.

Location : Fife

Contract : Interim - 6 months

Salary : Dependent upon experience

Working with this global organisation as a HR Business Partner, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a range of managers. Your colleagues have long service and dedication to this reputable organisation.

Reporting to a HR Manager, you will work as part of a team of HR Business Partners. The role involves supporting the implementation of HR plans and business projects. This role requires a strong working knowledge of UK legislation and trade union experience is also required.

To be considered for this role, it would be highly advantageous if you also have experience of coaching and mentoring other HR professionals. You should have experience of providing technical expertise on case work and supporting complex situations.  You’ll be a natural problem solver with the ability to find solutions, overcome issues, manage risk and provide guidance.

If you are true generalist at heart, this role will give you great exposure to the full employee lifecycle. There are opportunities to work on companywide projects and to equip and enable managers to support their people.

Working within a manufacturing or an engineering environment would be a distinct advantage. Having experience of working as a Business Partner under your belt would also help.
