With a recent change within the team, our client is now seeking to appoint a HR Assistant to join their team and provide HR support to their employees. Located in Edinburgh South, reporting to the Senior Consultant for Employee Relations and People you will provide advice on policies, procedures, payroll and employee relation matters.
Some of your key accountabilities will include:
• Handling calls and enquiries on the helpdesk providing HR support to employees
• Working within required timeframes and to high standard to complete all HR administration
• Competent use of the company HR system
• Supporting the Payroll Team, providing information as required for Payroll purposes
To be considered for this HR Assistant role you will ideally be CIPD qualified or working towards a CIPD qualification. You will naturally be an excellent communicator with the ability to build strong collaborative relationships across internal and external stakeholders. It would be a distinct advantage if you have experience working with HR systems. You should have excellent people skills and a positive can-do attitude.
