Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and being part of a small team, you’ll work as part of the HR and Operations team to ensure that the operational and HR administrative tasks run like clockwork.
The key focus of the Operations team is to develop, support and maintain the environment, systems and processes that allow the organisation to achieve its vision of delivering exceptional customer service.
In this role you’ll already need to have HR Administration experience under your belt. It would be great if you are able to demonstrate a full understanding of the employee lifecycle and the related administration activities at each point including:
• Interview scheduling
• Requesting references
• Supporting on-boarding and welcoming new starts
• Keeping a People Database up to date in line with compliance requirements
• Supporting a Senior HR Advisor with various people related activities
Not only will you get the opportunity to support end to end administrative duties from a HR perspective, you’ll also get involved in key operational tasks.
This is an exciting role where you’ll work with all aspects of the business, so you’ll need be great at developing and nurturing relationships both internally and with external suppliers.
You’ll need to be a hard worker, be able to act on your own initiative and be an ambassador for maintaining the organisation’s reputable brand.
It should go without saying that your communication skills both verbal and written will be outstanding and you can communicate effectively at all levels.
As you will be juggling lots of priorities, it’s vital that you are eager to get your sleeves rolled up and you’ll be a natural organiser who loves to get the job done.
It’s essential that you have experience of dealing with HR administrative duties in a confidential and discrete manner as well.
