Position Summary :

Are you immediately available and looking for a busy HR Advisor role?

Hunter Adams as part of our interim service, are partnering with a leading organisation within the Charity Sector to help them during a period of peak activity. This is a genuine generalist role where you’ll work with line managers and employees to provide an outstanding HR service.

Operating across Scotland our client provides an invaluable service to families across Scotland and is an instantly recognisable within the charity sector.

Location : Edinburgh with travel to other sites

Contract : Interim

Salary : Excellent

As a HR Advisor you will work within a busy and thriving team to cover during a time of peak activity. Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for the end to end employee lifecycle within a timely manner.

Some duties will include:

• Case management and employee relations
• Absence Management
• Managing end to end recruitment activity
• Handling ad hoc HR queries
