Reporting to a HR Manager, you’ll work closely with the business, acting as the first point of contact for all people related matters. Working with both technical and operational staff you’ll ensure from a compliance perspective that everything is in place. You’ll also oversee and manage employee records and support managers in completing performance management reviews to company standard.
As a HR Advisor within this busy team, you’ll support employee relations cases and therefore a working knowledge of employment legislation is essential as is the ability to apply policies. As a trusted partner to the business, you’ll need to be highly organised, have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
Working within an offshore and onshore or shipping environment is highly desirable.
