Reporting to the Head of Talent, you’ll work in close partnership with the HR and Learning and Development teams across the globe to identify strategic learning needs working with your HR colleagues. You will be required to work across the entire learning cycle and manage a range of programmes end to end, both designing and creating the best talent solutions locally and globally.
The role is a great opportunity to support the continual development of a learning and talent culture whilst supporting employees to improve their knowledge, skills and behaviours. Within the role you’ll take ownership of competency mapping, developing plans for future leaders and emerging talent across the business.
Some of your key accountabilities will include:
• Supporting the global team in the effective roll out of talent management and leadership development plans
• Delivering a wide range of induction, career development and leadership programmes
• Project managing and leading on a variety of creative and innovative learning solutions projects
• Genuinely partnering with the business to provide guidance on talent management aligned to business strategy
