This is an exciting new post where the HR Specialist will work closely with the HR Manager to provide an excellent HR service. Working with this global organisation you’ll have the opportunity to work with a range of managers with a focus on recruitment.
This role requires a strong working knowledge recruitment and you’ll work with the organisation to develop the annual hiring plan which will include developing job descriptions as required, using the applicant tracking system and supporting managers with selection. Alongside this you will manage offers including compliance which may also include visa applications.
To be considered for this HR Specialist role, it would be highly advantageous if you also have experience of undertaking the administration of benefits and supporting hiring managers with employee relations matters.
As true generalist, this role will give you great exposure to the full employee lifecycle and opportunities to work on companywide projects and to equip and enable managers to support their people, which will also include reporting.
Working within a tech or an oil and gas environment would be a distinct advantage as well as having experience of working as a HR Advisor under your belt already.
