Due to an exciting period of growth, Hunter Adams’ client is looking to add an experienced Recruitment Advisor to support with the operations side of their business. This is anticipated to be a 12 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

The Recruitment Advisor will take responsibility for coordinating all recruitment activities and support HR with onsite competency interviews.

The role involves initiating and supporting white & blue collar recruitment activities, using recruitment agencies and providing support to local managers, as well as managing submittal of all CVs, shortlisting activities, interviews and feedback to candidates and recruitment agencies.

Additional duties include:

\ Prepare, issue, and management of all offers of employment.

\ Liaise with the on-site induction team advising of all new starters and booking inductions for new starters.

\ Act as the first point of contact for all day to day queries and adhoc requests via telephone, email and face-to-face, both internally and externally on all recruitment.

\ Participate in internal and external audits of the HR function as required.

\ Prepare monthly statistics and data on all shop floor recruitment, from submittals, diversity, attrition, and monitoring agency performance.

\ Liaise with HR on the introduction of the HR:Link recruitment module for all shop floor recruitment.

Your Background

Applicants must have previous experience in a HR/Recruitment role (ideally from an in-house position, however agency backgrounds will also be considered) and be skilled in HR Competency Interviewing.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude is required, along with the ability to manage a heavy workloads, prioritise workload and deal with confidential and sensitive information.

Part qualified CIPD desirable although not essential.
