Hunter Adams is delighted to be partnering with Nucleus, a truly innovative fintech company who are undergoing an exciting period of growth and evolution and are now seeking an HR/OD Advisor to join their collaborative team.

This is a full time FTC of 12 months, 80/20 hybrid working pattern, based in Edinburgh, offering a competitive salary.

You will be supporting a wide variety of HR/OD projects. Here are some of the ways you’ll spend your time:  

  • Analysing and visualising people experience data to tell a powerful story and provide insights 
  • Helping to drive our talent management, leadership growth and regulatory training plans  
  • Working across our culture, values and brand evolution project work stream 
  • Improving, aligning and evolving our I&D and wellbeing strategies  
  • Generating compelling, creative communications 
  • Supporting with the embedding of our combined framework and approach to progression  
  • Designing and developing resources and solutions that stimulate a growth mindset 
  • Mapping out the touchpoints that really matter to our people

  • A creative problem-solver.  
  • Someone who challenges the way things have always been done and has the drive to transform ideas into action. 
  •  A ‘do-er’ who loves building new relationships – working in partnership is in your DNA.  
  • Open to trying new things in an environment that celebrates an ‘outside-the-box’ approach.  
  • You’re not fazed by change – you’re adaptable, agile and comfortable with working at pace and making decisions.  
  • You’ll enjoy running with a plan but can easily shift direction and work towards a new goal when it’s needed.  
  • Teamwork is the norm, so you’ll love working collaboratively and actively seek advice and feedback to continuously grow and develop.  

Ideally you will have: 

  • Experience working in an organisational development role/team 
  • Familiar with project workstreams – from conception to delivery  
  • Understanding of people experience and links to commercial success  
  • Experience with bringing culture and values to life
