Are you an experienced L&D project manager? Would you like to live & work in Palma?

Hunter Adams are partnering with a global travel service provider to recruit a L&D expert to support the development of their Corporate University.  You’ll drive the delivery of the group L&D strategy across all functions, embedding a centralised L&D model and partner with functional L&D teams to establish academy frameworks.  This post is initially a 12-month fixed term contract and comes with a competitive salary and relocation package.

Our client has recently launched their Corporate University and is seeking to appoint a Global Head to project manage its continued development and deployment.

You will be experienced in the implementation of an academy framework, ideally on a global or regional scale and possess strong project management skills. There will be the opportunity to grow your own team to support you in this role.

Some of your key accountabilities will include:

  • Corporate University Lead – End to end project management including analysis, scope, design, development, deployment and evaluation of L&D programmes / initiatives
  • Creating and sustaining a training needs analysis process to identify and consolidate groupwide staff skills and development needs
  • Prioritisation and annual planning of key areas of focus
  • Stakeholder alignment and securing Executive sponsorship
  • Work in partnership with functional L&D to build functional academy frameworks consisting of comprehensive learning pathways for induction and professional development
  • People leadership for group L&D including regional L&D resources

To be considered for this role you will have significant experience working in an established L&D function. You will have managed learning programmes on a large scale ideally across multiple businesses and geographies.  You will thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment bringing enthusiasm and ideas to this dynamic role.
