Business Development Executive

Position Summary :

We are a leading UK HR Consultancy and Interim firm with over 300 clients in over 20 sectors. We work with major brands such as BP, Eventbrite, The Crown Estate and ACCA. We work with a range of Public, Private and 3rd Sector organisations along with over 100 SMEs.

Due to the fast growth of the South Region of Hunter Adams we are now actively looking to secure a Business Development Executive to work across London and the South with the responsibility for supporting all Hunter Adams business development activity, to grow the business across the full range of services.

Location : London

Contract : Daily Rate Basis

Salary : Flexible

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Your role will be to identify the target clients in the key market of London gaining introductions for the Hunter Adams business. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to attract clients to Hunter Adams utilising your key BD skills including networking, cold calling, creating bespoke events, and effective account management.  You will play a key role in brand awareness with the support of an effective social media and PR strategy and existing marketing materials.

You will report into the Director for the South Region and play a key role in supporting our Head of Business Development in the delivery of the overall business development strategy.

Knowledge and Experience

You will be a Business Development professional with previous experience in a London based HR Consultancy or Interim business. You will have experience of offering a suite of HR services and be creative in your thought process around the right solution. You will have a good understanding of HR and Interim Services and be passionate about high quality delivery.  This is a highly autonomous role so the ability to work remotely, manage and prioritise your time is essential.
