Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Your role will be to identify the target clients in the key market of London gaining introductions for the Hunter Adams business. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to attract clients to Hunter Adams utilising your key BD skills including networking, cold calling, creating bespoke events, and effective account management. You will play a key role in brand awareness with the support of an effective social media and PR strategy and existing marketing materials.
You will report into the Director for the South Region and play a key role in supporting our Head of Business Development in the delivery of the overall business development strategy.
Knowledge and Experience
You will be a Business Development professional with previous experience in a London based HR Consultancy or Interim business. You will have experience of offering a suite of HR services and be creative in your thought process around the right solution. You will have a good understanding of HR and Interim Services and be passionate about high quality delivery. This is a highly autonomous role so the ability to work remotely, manage and prioritise your time is essential.
