Off Payroll Working
On 6th April 2020 new rules will apply to Off Payroll working in the private sector. IR35 seeks to tackle the avoidance of tax and NI contributions, through the use of intermediaries such as service companies or partnerships. There is plenty planning to do.
This isn’t about how you say things work in practice, it is how they actually work. To ensure you are IR35 compliant is going to bring about the need for change in your working practices – no one will be able to fudge this one.
